What are AI usage costs and why do I pay them separately?

Usage costs are what you pay to the AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) for using their language models. You pay these directly because:

  • You have full control and transparency
  • No markup from us - you pay wholesale rates
  • You own the connection and data

Typical usage costs:

  • 500-1,000 conversations: $15-30/month
  • 1,000-3,000 conversations: $30-90/month
  • 3,000+ conversations: $90+/month

Most clients spend less on usage costs than one day of employee wages.

How quickly does this pay for itself?

Results vary by business, industry, and lead volume. Many clients report seeing value in the first week through:

Is there a guarantee?

Yes. 30-Day Performance Guarantee:

If the system doesn't book at least 10 appointments OR save you at least 20 hours in the first 30 days, we'll provide a full refund. You keep everything - the scripts, training, and system.

Do I need technical skills?

No. If you can use email and check your CRM, you can work with us. We handle all the technical complexity.

This is completely done-for-you. No coding, no templates, no DIY courses.

What do I need to provide?

  • AI provider credentials (we'll guide you through getting one in 5 minutes)
  • Access to your CRM, calendar, and communication tools
  • Information about your business, services, and processes
  • At least 100 leads per month (for best results)
